Shipping conditions
Delivery Area
We deliver exclusively to shipping addresses in Switzerland. Deliveries to other countries are excluded, unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing.
Switzerland
Orders are processed after successful receipt of payment and shipped to the delivery address provided at the time of order. Shipping is generally carried out via Swiss Post.
- Processing time: 1–3 business days
- Delivery time: approximately 1–3 business days (without guarantee)
- Shipping costs: CHF 9.50
As soon as your order has been shipped, you will receive – where available for the chosen shipping method – a shipping confirmation with tracking information.
General Notes
Please note that longer processing and delivery times may occur, particularly during product releases, periods of high demand, public holidays, or extraordinary circumstances. Stated delivery times are estimates unless expressly guaranteed as binding.
OTRES accepts no responsibility for delays that occur after the shipment has been handed over to the carrier and that are outside our control, to the extent permitted by law.
Please check your delivery address carefully before completing your order. OTRES cannot, to the extent permitted by law, be held responsible for additional costs resulting from a delivery address incorrectly or incompletely provided by the customer.
Payment Methods
The currently available payment methods are shown at checkout. Depending on availability, these may include credit and debit cards as well as other payment methods supported by Shopify or our payment service providers.
Payment processing is carried out via the respective payment service providers used. OTRES generally does not receive complete payment information, such as full credit card details, if this is processed directly by the respective payment service provider.
Prices
All prices stated in the online shop are in Swiss francs (CHF). Whether prices are shown including or excluding VAT is indicated in the price display in the shop/checkout.
Additional shipping costs and any surcharges are shown at checkout before the order is completed.
